MICHELLE PARKES

Some people rise to the room.

She sets the standard for it.

THE MOMENT THAT STARTED EVERYTHING

I remember sitting in a room full of accomplished people and watching someone walk in who changed everything, without saying a word.

Not because of their title. Not because of what they wore. Because of how they were, entirelycomposed, undeniably themselves.

The room recorganised around them. Conversations sharpened. People leaned in. Even the most powerful people in that room became more attentive.

I knew in that moment that what I was watching was not talent.

It was not confidence.

It was a standard.

A standard so practiced it had disappeared into who they were.

I spent the rest of my career understanding exactly how that happens. And building the system to teach it.

The most powerful thing about a truly commanding person is that they never appear to be trying.

WHO SHE IS

Miss Universe Jamaica NW franchise holder. Caribbean leadership authority. Trained in the world’s most demanding environments, from diplomatic receptions to boardrooms, from formal dining to high-stakes corporate performance.

Her programmes draw from Swiss finishing school methodology, British protocol tradition, and European diplomatic standards, applied with the cultural intelligence of someone who was born into these rooms and has spent a career understanding what they require.

This is not imported knowledge.

It is the Caribbean’s own standard, at the highest level in the world.

A standard so practiced it had disappeared into who they were.

WHAT SHE BELIEVES

Every Caribbean professional who walks through these doors

already has everything required

to command the highest rooms in the world.

What they are missing is not a skill. Not a qualification. Not another course.

It is the specific, practiced standard that makes everything they already are, visible. Undeniable. Impossible to overlook.

My job is not to change who they are.

It is to ensure the room never misses them again.

The standard exists.

Are you ready to hold it?
